"This was one of the best customer experiences I've had using local repair companies.  Our upstairs A/C wasn't effectively cooling the air during the hot weather last week, so I had Chris come out and take a look.  I called yesterday afternoon with only a 4-hour window of availability today, and they were able to squeeze me in.  Of the 3 heating and A/C numbers I called, only CJ responded immediately and accommodated my time constraints. <br /> Within minutes of looking at the unit, Chris confirmed my suspicion that the air ducts in the return for the furnace had been improperly reconnected by someone else who had done work on the unit last year.  He also noticed some other air leaks around the furnace unit and said he would tape those up.  He had all the parts in the van and quickly got to work.  Within about 45 minutes, he was done.  He also checked the refrigerant on both our A/C units and confirmed that they did not need any refilling. <br /> Both Chris and his girlfriend (who answered the phones, arranged the appointments, and helped during the repair) were extremely friendly, and they went above and beyond what I expected for a great price.  I'd gladly refer them to anyone who needs heating, A/C, or plumbing work. <br />"
