Paul was THERE every step of the way with rapid responses, finding appropriate quarries, managed the soil testing procedures and submitted them, chose special lighter/smaller excavation equipment due to the precarious entry to my back yard and extra protective measures for our driveway. When he couldn’t personally be on site, he was in regular communication with them (and me) and would inevitably stop by each day to see the progress made that day.
