"We were beginning a very extensive remodeling project and called upon Dave and ProCrete to assist us with a portion. ProCrete remodeled our basement making it flood elevation compliant. He and his crew did an outstanding job laying foundation, concrete, flood vents etc.. We also called upon ProCrete for some additional work necessary on our home to complete our remodel. In working with Dave he always responded promptly, was highly professional and addressed each aspect with attention to detail in all ways. Dave and ProCrete were always knowledgeable and their professional guidance was important to our decision process. He always communicated with us quickly and clearly. In addition, Dave was compassionate and understanding about our objectives and how to conquer those goals in economical way to suit our budget. He and his crew provided a high level of integrity to each portion of the project they tackled. "I paid an excessive amount of money to replace the heating system. The sales rep gave us comfort that everything will be done right and the two experienced and fully licensed professionals will be doing the work and that there is a no-excuse warranty, 1 degree guarantee, and 10 years on both the service and hardware. It just so happened that after the install, I told the installer I smelt gas and to check everything. He simply waved it off and said it's fine, give it some time. I told AJ Perri multiple times that there is a gas leak and I asked them to rectify the situation. I called them multiple times to send someone to fix the issue immediately and urgently, but they refused to commit to any resolution and won't send anyone until the gas is turned off for the whole building. I explained that its a condo and that the unit itself in the utility closet has a separate gas shutoff valve. Knowing this, they refused to remediate the gas leak."
