"It all went amazingly. First, Francisco got back to me very quickly and came to give a bid very quickly. His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. (Patching holes and doing some repair on a doorframe that rotted.) That was all included in the price. His guys were great. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint. I also like that he and his wife both have small businesses in philly. I would highly recommend New Era Pro for exterior painting projects. I would use them again for sure, but because of the quality products and quality of work, hopefully I won’t have to!"

"Mark made the whole process very easy. He came out on a Sunday to provide an estimate and was here a week later with all the paint and supplies to do the job. Mark was quick, efficient and thorough. He was able to set up, paint an entire room plus fix water stains on the ceiling in a second room and clean up all in just a few hours. All of this was done very well - much better than anyone else I've ever had paint before. The paint job is beautiful; the water stains in the second room are gone - and there was no sign of a mess anywhere. Mark said he chose a washable paint for the walls - which I was pretty sure I was never going to have to test out, given this room would have no reason to get dirty (I thought). Sure enough, a few days after the job was done, I leaned something against a wall that left a 6 inch mark. With simple soap and water I was able to remove the stain quickly - like it never even existed. The wall once again had that "just painted" look. "They really are not that good because the work they did started to deteriorate quickly after they did it. They came back and resolved the problem but they also did additional work; they really are not the best painters. The price was very reasonable and they also did some exterior painting for me as well. The interior painting was not as professional as I thought it could have been but they were quick to respond to my needs. They were punctual."

"Recently, Denis Doughtery (the owner) and his men completed two (2) projects at our home.  Denis came out within a day or two after our call and then submitted a complete proposal for both jobs.  His proposal was itemized for each project that he was to do.  We had four (4) other proposals; but his was the only one that was itemized completely!
We have a single all brick home; when Denis and his men started they ground out all mortar joints on front of our home and then repointed the front.  Upon completion of the front of the house, they then started on the rest of the house.  The back and sides of our house where there was cracked or deteriorated joints they were ground and the repointed.  A waterproofing agent was put on the entire house when they were done. 

Each day they cleaned up and put their equipment away as much as possible so that nothing would be in the way. Cost for this project $3,200.00.  Denis and his men demolished existing steps and replaced them with new concrete steps.  There was one step coming into the house that was wood and over the years had rotted out. I had other contractors look at it and they were unsure what to do about it.  Denis and another worker looked at the step from the basement and outside and together decided the best way to take care of this step!  Finally, steps that will last for many years!  We now have front steps that are NOT cracked or have have pieces missing.  They are beautiful, and I am very pleased the way the steps turned out!  Cost of this project $2,100.00.

Denis and his men did more than what they were contracted for.  Denis had to take down a canopy that was over our front door. He noticed that it was leaking one day when it was raining, so before he put it back up he asked me if he could caulk ALL the seams and hopefully that would stop the leaking.  He did what he said he would do;  and NO MORE WATER LEAKING THROUGH THE CANOPY! He even helped me put up a new mailbox. I cannot say enough about Denis and his men, these guys are hard working, polite, and very conscientious about their work! We plan to have them do more work in the fall on our basement."

"A complete and thorough power washing was completed the day prior to the painting. Then the next day a team came and worked all morning and afternoon painting the entire house using high quality Sherwin Williams elastomeric paint. I could not have been happier with how my house now looks and it was all done at a very reasonable price."
