"The townhouse roof looks great from the outside. I was pleased with his reasonable quote. Time will tell with future rain storms just how well the roof was installed. I was not completely happy with the way the work crew prepared my home against the falling old roofing materials. There was some minor damage from the material falling onto an iron handrail. It needs to be repainted. The contractor verbally agreed that he would take care of it in the near future."
