"We used Geico Builders for our bathroom remodel. We collected a few quotes, and we felt like the quote for the value was the best. I appreciated the clear scope and payment schedule. We started with a tiny bathroom and had plans to remove a couple of walls to make it larger. Leading up to demo day, our project manager Mila and the team pulled permits and helped us understand which finisher/materials we needed to order. I had a clear idea of our design vision, so I didn't need a lot of assistance there, but I found the 3D rendering helpful to see. Our project took a little over 5 weeks. The foreman David and crew did a great job. I was many specific requests, and I felt like David always did his best to incorporate my requests. We had a few hiccups, as with any project. We ran out of tile, which caused a small delay. The crew also misplaced some of our shower fixtures and we had to reorder them. The team was able to cover the cost of these, which I appreciated."

"(This review is for a huge project - front and backyard landscaping renovation.) This project started as such a wonderful job, but sadly, Harry does not follow through with the guarantee on any of his work. He will provide you with many promises and a contract that & guarantees his work and the project for a year. I have been suffering with chasing him to repair concrete that cracked severely in the backyard, and all down the driveway. I have had not one but three concrete contractors tell me that it was not done properly. The irrigation system did not work properly for the first 5 months after it was installed. He came back multiple times to repair it but charged an additional $500 to install a filter on my water pressure, which should have been done before he installed irrigation on the property. 75% of the plants died. He promised to come back and replace them... 6 more months go by and he simply ghosts you. He shared that he would not replace the plants after all as it was the smoke from the fires that killed them. The concrete took me a year and a half to get him to take responsibility for it. He said he suffered from covid and then a back injury so I understood.. but would have appreciated clear communication and a response to my many months of calls. When he arrived to redo the driveway and repair the concrete in the backyard and side yard, he acknowledge it was not done correctly but that he wanted to first put a coating of ardex over the driveway to see if that could buy us some time. He explained that scheduling concrete was hard at the moment (never mind that I waited close to 2 years for him to come back to deal with it). the garden now looks like chipped nail polish and the large cracks have returned and run down my whole driveway. Harry will not respond at all now. Zero of this project was ever guaranteed. He is extremely unprofessional and does not take responsibility for the result. During the project, our contract was for a total amount that was an all-in budget. He prides himself on not giving an estimate with hidden charges. Sure enough, he came to me and misjudged how much the excavation would cost and asked me for an additional $3k. Then keep in mind after the project charged an additional $500 to ensure the irrigation worked. I have never felt so disheartened and taken advantage of. I never want anyone else to experience what I have with him and will be pursuing legal action."
