"Got my fence move closer to the front of my yard and got a new gate. Gate post was sturdy and look better than what I had. . However, I didn?t like that there were big gaps. The bottom of the gate had a big gap and the side of the gate to the house have a big gap.the gap at the bottom of the gate was too wide. I know a cat couldn?t go under it but it was too wide so I asked the tech to close it a little. He didn?t like that I asked him to close the gap but I want to feel comfortable with the look of my gate. He reminded me that closing the bottom gap could void the warranty if stones get under it. A strip of wood on the gate post, to close the gap would have been nice especially that it wouldn?t interfere with the structure or warranty but would just give me a little more privacy."

"Out of all the companies I contacted both directly and through HomeAdvisor they were the only ones who responded. They quoted from photos and the work was of superb quality at a reasonable price for a small job. We had difficulty nailing down a time with them and they ended up doing the work from the outside of the fence and didn't let us known it was completed. We had agreed they could do it this way, so we were checking everyday, but an e-mail or text was expected at least. It was somewhat confusing to have the lack of clarity on timing. Even though we are practically in their backyard we could never manage to mesh schedules to give them the check, so we ended up mailing it. Not a problem since they never hounded us for the money, which we typically expect. I've asked them to quote a big fence job on the same property, the scheduling hit and miss aside we are extremely pleased with the quality of the repair and prefer to hire local."

After explaining to them about some possible problem areas in the ground (large tree roots and rocky ground) they were able to work around them, and completed the job by late afternoon. "Tony did an excellent job fabricating my 16 stair, with turn, front stair galvanized railings. I provided him a picture from a google search of the style I wanted which was a craftsman look. He reproduced it and installed it perfectly. In my backyard he fabricated 12 ft galvanized steel foot bridge, 3 sets of galvanized steel stairs and 90 ft of handrails. My only complaint was that some metal shavings created rust spots on my stone patio. In the grand scheme i consider that a minor issue considering Tony was totally responsive, flexible, easy to work with, and produces high quality work. His price was also excellent."
