It required replacement of several rotted wood pieces around the porch window frame that had to be fabricated on site and fit into the framing of the porch in a way that maintained its aesthetic. Tom advised replacement of the wooden porch door with an aluminum one because the wood was too badly warped rather than trying to repair it. The tile floor installation was done in 2 days just ahead of the outdoor temperature turning colder. Great work all around. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual.
