"I hired Bob to install a new induction range, replacing a cooktop and cutting some of the stone countertop. He also replaced the existing hood vent with an over-the-range microwave. He was very knowledgeable and was able to do all of the work involved by himself. (Two other people that I spoke with could only do one part of the work and had no idea who could help me with the other parts.) Bob knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He worked with us to figure out how to make it look like everything had originally been installed that way. He showed up on the days he promised and let us know when he was running late (he was only 15 minutes late). "Went ok, definitely not great. There were several areas that were poorly finished or incomplete. There were items installed incorrectly or installed without approval. The contractor often pushed back on homeowner requests. Currently the bathroom drywall is growing a fungus, toilet seat is falling off and unfinished areas remain. He says his work is guaranteed, but last time he was here to see the bubbling drywall fungus he told us to scrape it off and repaint it on our own."

Both stairways had dropped almost an inch because of poor initial construction.   <br /> <br /> Edian had done a large trim replacement project for our condo earlier in the year. From that time on he became our contractor of choice. Although his schedule is always tight, he was able to fit us in. <br /> <br /> He replaced both stairways including new support stringers.  As usual whenever situations come up, Edian was able to present a solution which made sense. Jacking up both decks and reinforcement was needed to level the deck structure.    <br /> <br /> Composite material was used for decking, stairs and railing system. PVC for was employed for the risers and wrapping. The finished product reflects a high level craftsmanship and attention to detail. He did a great job and finished the project on schedule."
