"Hands down, Macauley Brothers is the MOST professional company we have ever worked with! Bernie is so responsive and constantly communicated with us throughout the process so we always felt on top of what was happening. His kind nature and professionalism is also evident in his highly skilled crew. They showed up everyday at 7:30am and worked until 7pm...if not later! They were always in uniform, always friendly and watching them work was something the whole family enjoyed. They are experts using machinery, insanely talented stone masons and their attention to detail was evident everyday. I felt like I learned so much from the crew! Gus - the foreman - is simply the best in the business. He made recommendations throughout the process that made our yard even better than we had envisioned. His vision and knowledge is boundless and you'd be hard pressed to find his match elsewhere. Every member of the crew was so great, my youngest son keeps asking when they are coming back! :). Without question, we'll be hiring them again for our front yard in a few years. We also had the pleasure of meeting the landscaping crew for the sod install. Another AMAZING group of guys. We were always impressed to see Bernie show up and work alongside his guys. So professional, caring and kind. His crews love and respect him and he treats them all like family. And Kathleen in the office is fantastic. Professional, friendly and always quick to respond. Overall, there are not enough accolades for this incredible company. "Mid season during an exceptionally snowy and cold New England winter, my family was not expecting it to be easy to find help with snow removal. We hadn’t heard back from many companies we reached out to, but Elbert and his team were responsive and did such high quality work! They definitely get the details right they even specifically asked me how I preferred for the snow to be removed on our property. We have an abnormally shaped driveway and long walkways but Elbert and his team made quick work of it and did such a nice job! I would highly recommend this business. This day and age it is rare to find such top notch customer service, but EP Landscape certainly has it!"

"This project could not have gone better, and it could not have been handled more professionally.  This required absolutely backbreaking work on the part of John's team.  Richie and his crew did an amazing job rebuilding our patio (it look beautiful - thank you!) and the team that scraped, cleared, re-graded and re-sodded the yard was professional, efficient and wonderful to work with. <br /> John and his managers are a hands-on group.  I happened to be working from home part of one of the days that the team was on-site.  John or one of his leads stopped by the house 3-4 times during the day to check on the progress of the job, guide the team and make sure we were still on schedule.  John also checked in every day or so on email, which is much appreciated.  He has even checked in after the job was completed with quick tips on managing new sod through this hot dry weather we've had. <br /> We have worked with John on 4-5 different projects and he and the team have done incredible work each time.  His crews are managed well, are very professional, and treat your home/yard with respect (many companies in this space do not). <br /> If you're looking for exceptional work done at a fair price by an honest business owner, I would highly recommend John's Landscaping. <br />"
