"I like Joseph as a person. He's respectful and got the job almost done. He went through with our insurance adjuster and got everything pointed out that needed to be done after a hailstorm. New roofs on all our structures. New windows in studio and 4 on our house. We had trouble on some of the windows. 2 had to be totally replaced after he installed them He Jerry rigged another to work when it wasn't centered properly and then wouldn't allow the swing inward function of the window. We recently discovered problems with the screens not being able to be removed or seated properly. Had to remove 2 small screws and they slide in easily. 𠤦â â ï¸ He was supposed to do a lot more work than he did, but used all the insurance money on the roofs, windows and some siding work. So don't let him know what your insurance has quoted. Let him bid it to you. The roofs were done by a crew so I hope they did a good job ð ¤·â â ï¸ . He over purchased the metal for the roofs and so there they sit in our yard! And my husband and I can't move them. Was supposed to come back and put in foam closure strips under the metal roofs to keep out water, and pests. He said they don't put them on storage areas or barns! So I said I wanted them they were there on the old roofs. So now wasps and other critters are going in and out building nests. Was supposed to replace our front door but then said it was too much work for him. I shouldn't have paid him until everything was right, but I trusted him to follow through, so I warn you to not pay until satisfied."
