"Freddy and Asusano are some very patient and intelligent when it comes to this. The day they cam out to bid they didn?t find it complicated at all to do my project our land isn?t that even and previous contractors were all saying I needed more dirt and recommended I expand. What did that tell me? They wanted more money. Freddy had the idea of just adding some steps to the side. That way I could have easier access to the back door of my shop! To me that was true customer service and integrity which unfortunately lacks in multiple construction companies. I will have these guys come out in a few weeks to do some work at my daughters house"

"Called Leon and told him the problem. The last wind storm had blow down a tree and it fell on my roof. He came out the next day and gave me an estimate. I accepted and he came back the next day and cut the tree off the roof and the tree stump down level with the deck. Looked great. He had to be careful not to have the tree fall against the house or deck while removing it from the roof. He also cut up the trunk into logs and wood chipped the limbs. I also had him wood chip two piles of other limbs. His people always do a good job and do it quickly."

"Chris and crew showed up Saturday morning to finish forming for the pour and started pouring in great weather just over half way through, the winds and rain came out of nowhere. The guys were troopers and stayed out there with plastic trying to protect the project. They stayed and finished when the rain stopped. I can't say enough about his crew and Chris. I know dealing with an OCD person was challenging and he put up with me with kindness and patience. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him. He did everything he could to make the project successful, even with the unforseen weather issue."

"Stenson Landscaping did an outstanding job on a complicated project in my front yard. I was looking to have the following done: 1) repair all existing stone landscaping walls (which were in bad shape); 2) demo the old front walkway and pour a new one with a different pattern of stairs; 3) build stone retaining walls down the sides of the front walkway and across much of the front of the yard, and have those walls match the existing stonework; 4) fill behind the walls with gravel and filter fabric for drainage and fill dirt for planting; 5) update all irrigation to the new layout and ground level, including installing drip irrigation lines for future planter bowls. Stenson did an outstanding job at the project. They worked to detailed specifications and designs that I provided them, and were open to feedback and willing to make changes on the fly as needed. The stonemasonry in particular is outstanding - the walls are very solid, built with rebar and concrete footers, and really look incredible. The change in the look of my front yard is night and day. I'm thrilled with the outcome of the project and would absolutely hire them again."

First, the owner, Brandon, gave us an honest and reasonable bid for our large backyard patio/courtyard project that was less than half that of an equitable competitor, but included even more work! Even as the project progressed, and unforeseen details came up, the price remained the same, and each issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Outstanding value! Quick and Reliable! We had 1600 sqft of paving done, with retention steps, a sitting wall, cobbled paths, and a significant lighting package. Brandon and his team showed up on time, on the scheduled day, and worked non-stop for 5 days. There was always a supervisor on site, and Brandon or his supervisor communicated with me every day. Everyone on the team was a pro, and worked at a very quick pace. The work was started and completed exactly on schedule. Quality. They know their stuff, and from start to finish, our project was done right. From installing electrical, moving irrigation lines, burying and re-routing drainage lines, to ensuring level and grade, their work was done properly, without cutting corners. This work will last. Finally, the results were gorgeous! It turned out looking even better than we imagined. They expertly matched our stone, and even made suggestions along the way that improved the original design. We could not be happier with their work, and will be using them to do my mother-in-law’s house as well. I will recommend them to everyone I know."
