A recent visit to my home by Bob Nankervis @ T Rock Roofing made me understood their business values are driven by: Customer Relation/Focus -Be honest, reliable and establish sustainable relation with customer -Do not oversell-> Fix what really need to be fixed- nothing more. As a new home owner this worked very well solving a recent roof issue at my home at DFW area in which Roof Mount Attic Cover blew off due to strong winds. I was checking about this to my neighbors and was cautioned to fix it ASAP and I started working with roofing company's to get an assessment; 1]Linear Roofing Conveyed that there is roof damage and resultant leak due to recent hail in the area and asked to fail a insurance claim and work with them for whole roof replacement. I personally checked the roof to the best of my ability and did not see striking signs/ indication to convince me that roof is ready to be replaced, but I am not an expert to conclude that, so I was still with more questions and concerns. 2]Dwell Roofing and Exteriors Provided an estimate of $450 to replace the roof mount unit with free addons like seal, paint screws, but confirmed there is no Roof Damage / Leak to be worried about. They conveyed Roof Mount unit part will cost $250 and reusing the old vent cover may not be the best idea, but If I decide to do it they can fix it for $425. So a overall diff of $25 replacing the "whole unit" versus reusing the "old cover". Honestly, I didn't not understand the math. At this time I was still concerned about who's word should I go with, so checked with T Rock as suggested my friend; 3]T Rock Roofing Bob Nankervis from T Rock Roofing inspected my roof and conveyed that there is NO roof damage due to hail/wind and reused the old vent cover and fixed everything free of charge. What I was impressed is not free of charge, but his politeness in explaining my roof condition-> what may be the reason for existing some wear and tear and more importantly the care he showed towards the customer. I was convinced and was truly ready to pay $$$'s and checked with him about service charge- but he refused conveying that he just have to tighten few bolts and simply cannot charge for that. At this point, I knew who should I call/recommend next time when there is a roof issue."

I had a 3rd party (not associated with integrity roofing) come in and remove and replace my solar system that was mounted on the roof. The 3rd party gave me all kinds of issues with the reinstall of the solar panels. "The experience was good. I had played phone tag with the owner for a few days, or the manager. We had a communication barrier with the crew that came out because I didn?t speak Spanish. They spoke some English, but whenever I called the manager, he would call me back. They did a beautiful job. It was rough trying to make sure they understood and I understood everything, but the end product was beautiful. 

Once they got here, they stayed busy the entire time. They cleaned up after themselves, took everything that they couldn?t fit into a trash can with them.  For instance, the long gutters, they took with them to dispose of them. It didn?t even look like they had even been here and it looked so much prettier. We had a severe storm, I think it was Saturday. I haven?t really been outside, but as far as I know the gutters are still there. They are on the front and they still look great. It something happens, I will be the first to complain. 

I think, I took the Angie?s List special which was $695. I asked for the leafless gutter, I don?t know how much it was, but that cost extra. It was to keep the leaves from getting in the gutters. They are supposed to bill me for that, but I don?t expect it to be more than $200 or $300, probably a couple of hundred dollars. It was scary though, because of the communication barrier. It was scary though, because of the communication barrier. I wouldn?t have bought it, without it coming up on Angie?s List. The gutters really needed to be replaced. I was so impressed with the gutters that I had to thank the gutters, for standing all these years; because they took a beating and you could really tell it when the new ones were installed. 


Part of the difficulty was catching up with each other. They made the initial contact quickly and then it was 2 weeks before they could come out. Then they got a cancelation and thy showed up, so it was like I had to be very flexible. I felt like I was the one being flexible. He said he would be there around 2:00, and he apologized because they didn?t show up until 4:00, but they were gone by 6:00. There were 4 or 5 guys that they sent out here, so what?s there to complain about. If they had been there until 8:00, I might have been upset. I mean, they just like came out and they were done. I think it was 3 guys and a lady. They have got an ?A? rating as long as the gutters are still there next year.

"Called Ryan couple of weeks ago for bid, came immediately out between jobs to give bid. . Told me he wanted my job and was a very up beat personality. His bid was lower other companies that had bid,. Arrived on time as promised on day we agreed upon to do job. Went right to work. Removed all old material. Went to work and did the installation immediately. Blew off driveway for any small material that may have dropped and cleaned up all material and hauled off old material. Job was done just as promised. Very pleased with quality and love the look of gutters. Would recommend Ryan, did an excellent job Impressed with Ryans time management.

"I got my roof replaced by Storm 2 years ago. He was on time, very professional and had great attitude. We called him because of a leak in the roof. He had fixed the leak and suggested the full replacement due to hail damage. He did the work quickly without any problems. I had enjoyed working with him. Lately there came out a problem so I called him. He came by the same day after finishing up his work, and stood by his work and fixed it for us. Same attitude towards his work is there. I would definitely work with him again.
