Strahle Tile installed new granite countertops in our kitchen and the installers arrived on time, did an excellent job with the installation and cleaned up well after the install. We were so pleased that we contacted Mr. Fico to have the tile backsplash installed by Strahle as well. Their tile installer, Francisco, did a wonderful job. During the tile installation my dog had an accident and I had to rush her to the vet. I felt comfortable leaving Francisco to complete the job while I had to leave. Strahle Tile is my go to place for tile and countertops. I will use them again when we remodel our bathrooms. <br />"

They replaced two additional fixtures and helped me change burned out bulbs on the highest exterior sensor lights which help light the way as there are skunks, bears, elk and foxes which frequent our property. <br /> The guys came out, Troubleshot the the issues the morning I called them, they replaced additional sensor lights on the exterior of the house for us. <br /> Repaired the Exterior Trip for House which my husband installed backwards and got it working correctly. <br /> Fast and efficient work by two men. <br /> They did a fantastic job. <br /> I would highly recommend them. <br /> Very happy customer who will use them again! <br />"

When he arrived he started right away by asking where I wanted the playset. Very knowledgeable. However, once he started the work other complications were discovered such as mold behind the existing wall. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. Mr. Milligan was candid and easy to communicate with as he assessed and reported on the work tasks. He was honest in his own comfort level and capabilities, suggesting an electrical vendor to do the job right; he even arranged and assisted in that visit, without my explicitly requesting it. <br /> The work will be finished in the next week or so and, for once, I will be able to soon go on site and inspect physically. I can update later, if there were any problems with his work. <br /> On a side note, he offered information that assisted me in protecting my investment; informing me of water leaks and heating problems that my property manager was either not aware of or was ignoring. "Cody and his wife came as requested by my husband, crawled under the house and wrapped the plumbing. His work in wrapping the pipes under the house was well done. It saved the pipes from freezing in winter. We asked about a water softener. He quoted us a high priced water softener. <br /> We opted to not pursue the water softener and check out other models. We called back and left a message with him to that effect. Found other water softener models that were less expensive. <br /> About 2 weeks later, I did call him when we suffered a water break in one of our bathrooms, water was pouring everywhere from the bathroom toilet wall water fixture onto the bathroom floor behind the toilet. I called Cody, left numerous messages, no response. He never called back. I had water pouring into my bathroom and was trying to keep it from hitting the carpet. I could not wait for COdy to call back. <br /> I called Underdown Plumbing. They had someone available immediately. Told them it was an emergency, they sent a plumber in 30 minutes and fixed the issue, replaced the wall handle, wall fixture and the tubing. Stopped the Leak. <br /> Cody never called back after leaving repeated messages. <br />"
