When any problems came up during the re-roofing job, Roof RX stepped up and took care of them in an excellent manner and in reasonable time. The production department manager - Brandon and also - David in production made sure I got a great re-roof, gutters, and anything else that was needed for a completed job. Eddie - the runner - was so careful of my property and nice to me when he came to deliver supplies for the re-roof. All the people that came to my house to do work for Roof RX took pride in their work and did a great job. These workers include Leo, Kevin, José and Fatima, and many others including the ones that were working up on the roof. My thanks to all the workers. "Jeremy was great to work with along with the actual guy that performed the job as other failures on the current shingles were brought to my attention. The only negative item I would report is the lack of contact after the job was completed as I asked for a whole house roofing estimate once my roof repair was complte and have yet to receive a written estimate, but I know they were/are busy."
