"Do not hire, this is a man will take your money and do nothing to earn it. I asked him to paint my walls white,he painted them blue. I asked him to hang up a TV. He hung it up sloppy. I asked him to change the plug outlets, he didn’t even check to see if they worked before leaving and of course, 90% of them did not work anymore. He changed my light fixtures created new holes and left cracks all through the drywall where my lights were initially at. I’m not mad at the workers. I’m mad at him because if he was a better leader and did better they would do better. He even lied about having to sand down a wall before painting over it. As the job was close to being “done.” I called him and his workers called him and he was three hours late picking them up. I felt so bad I gave them something to eat and drink because it was past dinner time. When he came and finally picked them up. It looks like he was dressed for the club, which explains his priorities. I called to ask when he’d come over to fix every he messed up and re replied say “tomorrow at 2pm”. He was a no call no show even til this day. I painted my own walls that came out white, I fixed my plug outlets that now work. I had to hire someone to properly hang my TV up and fix the drywall that he also messed up.I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT!"

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "I would give zero stars if I could. They are completely incompetent. We hired them to install a set of french doors to my backyard. They couldn't get the door to close properly, and the French doors were scraping against each other when closing. They claimed the issue was a faulty hinge and that they needed to order a replacement. I emailed them multiple times for updates, and getting a response was like pulling teeth. They consistently postponed the repair date. When they finally returned to fix it, THREE MONTHS LATER, they discovered the problem wasn't the hinge at all, but rather a protruding screw. They didn't even use the replacement hinge; they simply replaced the screw. As a result, I had a non-functioning door for three months. Furthermore, we provided them with the specifications of the hardware we were going to order. They initially advised that a single dummy handle would suffice for the non-locking door, but it actually required a passage handle. However, when they realized the single dummy handle wouldn't work, they told us to order a double dummy handle, before they realized it needed a passage. Now, I have two extra sets of wasted hardware. I can't return them because their prolonged delay in installing the door caused the return period to expire. I also don't know what kind of discount door they got, but the handle is extremely low, only 30 inches above the ground. When I looked it up, door handles are usually 36 inches above the floor. They are terrible"
