Wally showed up around 2:30, swapped the ballast out, and was gone by 3:30. If I have to nitpick, the minimum charge is $226 for a 2-hour block of time. But, I was told that up front and you are paying for fully-bonded, fully-insured skilled technicians. Rebecca even told me what Wally would be driving and what he would be wearing so I would be comfortable opening the door to him. I was pleased to pay the money for the extra effort they made to get someone here and for the quick, professional job, which, BTW, comes with a 1-year guarantee."
