We called Cesar and, even though he and his team are extremely busy this time of year, he sent a member of his crew by to replace the tiles. We continue to be pleased with Smart Pools 21, Cesar, and his team. We still have some work to do in our little piece of the world. We look forward to the next project with Cesar."

"My wooden deck was 20 years old and the wood was splintered and old and I was tired of staining it every year. I decided I wanted to replace the railing and deck with Trex. Ernie not only did a fantastic job installing the Trex, but he installed additional floor joists which gave more support for the deck boards. I also had him stain the remaining wood posts, balusters, and bottom rail. I am very pleased with the result."

Why screened porches you might ask? Because it is an area where you can enjoy the beautiful view of your backyard. It's an opportunity to enjoy the nature and the beautiful weather in Virginia. The background story of the company: Isaac Camacho who is the founder of the company, who has been working on the field for over 25+ years. We make sure our customers are happy and comfortable throughout the process and all of their concerns or questions will be answered right away.
"DO NOT use this company. I went through Lowes to have a composite deck built. Working with them was an absolute nightmare. It took them 3 months to even START the job. I discovered the reason for the delay is because when they filed the permit (which took them 6 weeks to do), the contractor's license was expired. It then took them another 5 weeks to update their license in order to get the permit. They ordered and installed a completely differently railing style than what was on the contract/design, then blamed me for the mistake. Rather than ordering a new product, they cut the existing one to make it work. I am now 9 months post project, and the railing has warped, the deck is sloped, and the overall quality is horrible. Worst of all, turns out they NEVER GOT IT INSPECTED! I learned that Lowes had to fire them due to MULTIPLE issues with the company. I am thankful I have Lowes to help rectify the issues, but if i didn't, I would be pursuing legal action against them!"
