"I was desperate, we had an open house on Sunday and came home Friday night only to find one of the cats had been locked in a bedroom for hours after the cleaners left. The cat had shred the carpet by the door trying to get out. I had contact Home Advisor that night but decided not to go through with it because the first open appointment was Tuesday. I went back to the website on Saturday to go ahead and schedule an appointment because the carpet had to be fix no matter what. Again, Tuesday came up with George so I scheduled that time. George called me within thirty minutes to find out more about the job. After explaining my situation, he asked if he could come the same day. What a lifesaver! He completed the work within an hour. That's customer service! We have more projects for him and will ask for George again. Because of the minimum, I think the project cost a little more than it would have if we had someone else complete it, but considering the urgency, I would pay that again."

They were very helpful in explaining all the different carpet and padding options. When it was time to install, the installers showed up on time. They were very professional. They carefully moved all the big furniture out of the way before they started each room.. When they were finished, they took care to make sure everything was put back exactly the way I wanted it. The carpet is installed flawlessly. I can’t see any seams and the edges around the baseboards are all tucked in perfectly."
