The different crews who actually performed the installations were excellent workers, friendly, and polite. My day job is commercial concrete construction, and my wife will tell you I am a little "type-a" about my stuff. We got pricing from 3 top rated contractors for Hardie siding in Austin. The list came straight from the Hardie website and through reviews/ratings on miscellaneous platforms. Paul worked around my schedule to come by and prepare a quote. The pricing was very competitive compared to other quotes we got. He explained how they operate with the different phases and told us what to expect throughout the construction. He was not pushy at all which was a major plus. Once started, the crew kept the work areas very clean and were careful with our plants/grass. Paul, Kevin and Ryan were in contact regularly and I could let them know of any issues I had. Any issues I had were quickly addressed. "I have needed to replace my siding for a couple of years, particularly in the front gable where squirrels had damaged the masonite the builder used. We also wanted to replace the windows on the back of the house to something more efficient. Due to working from home, we decided to proceed with our project. I contacted Audie and he promptly provided me an initial quote based upon photos I had sent. Being a procrastinator, I didn't do anything for a few weeks, but decided to move forward and got a couple of other quotes during this time. I had narrowed it down to JASB and one other contractor and contacted Audie to make sure his quote was still valid. At that time we scheduled an in-person walk around so he could see what I wanted done. He explained everything that they would do and I asked him to do some additional items that weren't on the original quote. I was quickly provided with an updated quote showing the additional work. I chose JASB because I feel more comfortable with Audie than I did with the other provider. Once we proceeded with the project, he kept me informed of scheduling measurements and delivery of the materials. JASB's crew arrived promptly at 8:00 on the scheduled day and went to work. Alex and his crew were great and put up with my OCD at times. During the project, if I had any questions Audie or Alex were quick to answer them. Our project was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up the jobsite completely. I recommend JASB and will definitely use them again for other projects."

They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
