I returned their call and we had a very nice conversation about what needed to be done. We arranged for an inspection/estimate and they were on time - they were very professional. After a second estimate from another company did not go well at all, we went ahead and went with california roofing experts. This was a metal roof of a mobile home that was very old and in need of a good cleaning and protection with sealant. They did an excellent - excellent job. "I contacted Hoyt for a quote. Charles came out and made a thorough presentation, leaving me with a pamphlet explaining the product to be used. Within a day I received an email with a quote that was comparable (even a little more attractive) than the other half-dozen quotes I had received. I checked references and reviews, and decided to hire them to replace my 20+ year old roof. I was advised that the final cost could be more depending on how much wood repair was needed. I was also advised that the cost was higher due to the cost of wood (pandemic). I needed a start date delayed due to my schedule, which was to the company's advantage. They began exactly when I needed them. Charles even assisted in moving the RV out of the driveway. Demo of the roof was complete in one day. The rest of the work was done efficiently, and crew cleaned up each day leaving the house looking neat. Inspection was easily completed, and work completed in approximately one week, with Charles answering phone calls with questions and assisting as needed.
