"Top notch. Good at up selling, but we liked what we received. Deep cleaning our carpets were done with a floor scrubber and pads. Very effective. The floor smelled so good. Very strong, though. I can't sleep in there for a while because I get a bad headache from perfume smells. But still very happy. Also had the carpet stretched. They use the latest technology and I will never have to stretch it again!! I am embarrassed to admit it but we had not shampooed it for 4 years and it looks like newer carpet now. "I wish I'd done this years ago. Seriously, if you move into a residence that has carpets, get them cleaned before you move in, if at all possible. They brought a black light and determined that the previous residents had pets. Because we were worried about smells from the carpet, they suggested using enzymes that would remove smells better. This doubled the price, but we were happy to do it. I'm excited to see if this resolves the smells we had in our apartment. "
