Our project manager Brian came on the first day and did an estimate for us, The project started and we met Omar, lead for the painting, with a small team and discussed what the process would be. First day was power-washing and caulking and filling imperfections in the trim and siding. Same day they started painting. The majority of the painting was done on day two. The third day was a second coat and finishing touches. Omar's team was very friendly, hard-working and very tidy when packing up for the day. The result was stunning and beyond my expectation. I would definitely use them again."

"Mr. Arsenault was professional, punctual and very easy to do business with. At the start of the project he made extra trips to the house at a convenient time to discuss colors and other details. After we agreed on what work was included and settled on the price, he offered a number of extra items at no charge (I only covered the cost of materials), minor repairs, cleaning the roof and the gutters, painting the drain pipes, the gutters, the shutters, lighting fixtures and the foundation, getting a pair of replacement shutters. He closely supervised the work of his crew and at the end of each day left the site in a neat condition. Very good job.

Over the course of two days, Sam was able to remove all the old mortar and caulking, clean the stairs, and replace the mortar with new cement. "I bought a really nice regency gas fireplace from South Shore Fireplace and couldn't have been happier with the way they treated me and completed the installation. They were the most attentive and considerate companies I approached which is why I went with them. We couldn't get the time of day from other fireplace stores. These guys were right on the ball from the start. Spent a lot of time going over the different stoves and options that go with them all. The installation was scheduled and went very well. Installers were very thorough and clean. This was a complete installation, needed the chimney as well as the stove. Everything was done perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Recently, the stove I picked had a recall and I was informed and updated by Scott as soon as he had news. This actually went on for a couple of months but Scott would contact me every couple of weeks and let me know what was going on. When the replacement part came in, they scheduled the work IMMEDIATELY and I met Jon, one of the senior techs and installers. Jon was on time, meticulous and thorough. Very clean and organized as you would expect a master craftsman to be. The repair went very well and made my stove run better than ever before. When your happy with a job someone does for you, you hardly ever write a review but something turns sour, people can't write one quick enough. When I need something done, I go online and read all the awful reviews of probably great companies so I do not hire them. This review is for all of you that are like me and come here to get the low down on a business. Do not hesitate to go with South Shore Fireplace.
