Very neat and clean, wore shoe covers as to not mess the house. Complex natural gas repiping and new shutoff valve installed. Everything looks and works great and thoroughly tested. Area was cleaned and no mess was remaining. I have used Gerald for several other projects including replacing toilets, faucets, outdoor gas grill service, garden watering systems. "The reason I first hire them is to look at the boiler to reconnect the pipe so I can get it tested. The plumber came and he told me he does not do that work. They lock you in with the deposit and so you use it or loose it. The work that was done was okay. To reconnect two 1.5" drain pipes for $450.00 is a lot of crap. I would not hire anyone that would ask for a deposit, for it is the games that they play. Use it and they still charge you more for the job."
