"At our original meeting when Tom Saner entered our home he immediately handed me his business card, a list of references and had a large three ring binder with photos of completed projects. Instead of just emailing his bid, he returned to our home with his estimate and drawings of the design, photos of faucets, tub, and toilet. When the project started the first thing they did was cover all our furniture in the master bedroom with large sheets of plastic. Drop cloths were placed on the stairs and the bedroom floor every morning and rolled up every night when they finished for the day. They showed up on time every morning, and cleaned up before they left every night. We replaced the tub, toilet, shower, vanity top, sinks, faucets, mirrors, lights, had the walls and ceiling painted and had extra outlets added by the vanity.
