"This company was excellent to work with from beginning to end. My geothermal well pump that controls my HVAC was not working in the middle of August. I was looking for a new company as I had grown unhappy with the prior company. I had reached out to a few companies. Clear Water not only got back to me right away, the owner personally followed up (while on vacation) to make sure I was getting excellent customer service. The company is very responsive. They sent out a tech the following day to diagnosis the issue. They stayed in frequent communication to let me know the status of the parts that had to be ordered and when they would schedule the work. They showed up promptly on the day of the scheduled repair. I then put a claim through homeowner's insurance as the tech mentioned he thought the cause of the failure was a lightening strike. The company worked with my insurance company for the to inspect the failed well pump. I will be reaching out to Clear Water in the future if I have any problems with my well. Highly recommend."

"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! "They tried to push for the most expensive solution at $900 x 2 toilets ($1,800) instead of the chosen solution at $299 to repair both toilets. The problem has been fixed and should stay fixed for at least one year. I did think that $299 was a bit steep for the work performed but they were able to come next day when my regular plumber told me I'd have to wait 7 days."

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

Richard is knowledgeable, explained everything he was going to do, was very professional and friendly. He worked both inside and outside. The job looks very solid.
