"He was able to get the whole 2nd floor completed in a short time constraint. Clean and ductless. Workers were courteous. They were also able to replace an additional board on short notice after the 2nd floor was finished. Floors look fantastic!!"

"Tao and his team did a beautiful job refinishing the floors in two rooms in my older home. He made sure the colors matched adjacent flooring, and was able to refinish a slightly damaged part without replacing the old wood, saving me money. He was efficient and very responsive, and his team was very professional and respectful of the space. I would definitely hire them again!"

"Sasha and his refinishing expert, Val, were a fantastic team to work with. We were on a very tight schedule in getting ready for a real estate open house. I requested a quote on Tuesday, they started work on Wednesday and worked until 9:00 pm to complete all the sanding. They remain flexible and focused working through the weekend to complete the job in time for the next step in our preparation for sale, cleaning the carpets. A very professional and customer focused team I whole heartedly recommend. The real estate agent and photographer arrived Tuesday and complimented the refinished floor as one of the best they had seen. Open house will be as planned this weekend. THANK YOU WELES WOOD for a great job."

"Wu’s team was incredible. They refinished ~2,500 sqft in 2 days; and the finished product was impeccable. Great communication as well! 100% recommended!"

"Varouj and his team were wonderful and we couldn't be happier with our new floors. Everyone was so professional and friendly as well as fast and efficient. They refinished old hardwood floors in three bedrooms and installed new hardwood floors throughout our upper floor and they made the transition from old to new seamless. "Qua and his flooring team did an amazing job installing my hardwood floors. From start to finish, the communication was clear, the pricing was fair, and the craftsmanship was top-tier. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail — the final result came out flawless. What really stood out was how respectful and professional the crew was throughout the whole project. They kept the space clean, answered all my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. "I was extremely pleased with the work Design Wood Floors completed in my home. They took a 100 year old staircase and made the stairs look like new. They worked with me to create a custom color stain that matched my home perfectly, completed the work on time and did a great job cleaning up after themselves."

"I had a very positive experience with Mr. Hoang Duong and his highly skilled team. They did an excellent job of installing 1100 square feet of hardwood in my apartment, and they did it on the time-table that they promised. They removed carpets and solved the problem of gluing the wood to exposed concrete. They solved whatever problems that arose and they moved some furniture for me. Overall an outstanding result."
