They come when they say they will and will be done when they say they will. <br /> We had a few issues, some of which were not noticed right away, and they were very responsive, well after the job was finished. <br /> My only beef is that they are pricey - I am aware that custom cabinetry is expensive, but they are WAY pricey. I think you could do as good with another company for less money, though you might have to manage the process, be more proactive, and stay on top of them. If you want a guaranteed great final product, and money is not a big issue, go with these guys. If money is an issue, there are many alternatives, although an amazing end product may not be guaranteed, <br /> I do love our cabinets - The mechanics are perfect and the finishes are amazing.
