"The underground wiring to our HOA Street lights was shorted out and kept tripping the breaker. We had another electrician check the wiring and could never find the problem. At first it looked like they would need to dig a new trench, install conduit and new wiring to street light poles estimated extra cost of $1500 over the two afternoon charge to that point.
