"Excellent work! At least 1/3 of my roof on the north side had a great deal of moss on it. On much of the rest of the roof there were small amounts of moss along the bottom edge of shingles, and there were patches in scattered places on the main part of the shingles. After Hector and his son cleaned the roof, it looked brand new. They removed plants and furniture from our deck before the job and replaced them after the job. They even did a light washing of the vinyl siding of the house, which was outside the agreed-upon scope of work, but they did not charge me for it. As a former member of a site safety office in a then-Fortune 50 company, I was particularly impressed with the excellent precautions they took to insure their safety on the roof during the job. Hector’s 27+ years of experience was evident in every aspect of the job. I plan to bring him back in a year for annual maintenance. "Jesse was very responsive and performed a quick repair after a windstorm to prevent further damage while we were preparing for a full roof replacement. His proposal was very competitive and thorough. Jess kept us up to date on the schedule and when the team would be available to complete the work. They arrived around 7:30am, brought extra people and worked late to complete the full roof replacement in one day due to rain that was forecasted for overnight. This included ripping off all of the old shingles and tar paper, repairing some damaged sheathing, replacing all of the drip edge, tar paper, ice guard, and new architectual shingles. During the installation, the team accidentally dented one piece of the fascia and Jesse replaced it at no cost immediately. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team if you are considering a roof repair or full replacement. Very professional, responsive, and competitive on their pricing."
