"Our driveway is around a 1/4 mile long and winds its way through a beautiful woodland area. We searched for a paving contractor with an excellent reputation and after receiving several estimates we selected O. Cooper. We were unable to physically be onsite to go over the project but that didn't matter as Billy suggested we meet via FaceTime. He arrived at the property on time, and we were able to walk the project virtually discussing our vision and expectations. He promptly provided us with a very detailed estimate of the work to be performed along with a price quote. Once onsite we were impressed with the obvious preparation, coordination, and execution of the project. We are so pleased with the way the driveway turned out and are grateful to O. "Beyond the fact they were on time, not much else gone well. Took weeks to finally dry/harden. There are tread marks all over the driveway. Cracks appeared within the first two months. I called, spoke with the office manager, left messages- never received a call back. With six months the center of the driveway began falling apart. Rather than 2 inches of Asphalt there was less than 1/2 an inch. We have a hole in the center of the drive that is only going to get bigger. The tar and chip set was not mixed properly or applied properly as it is falling apart in many places. The sealant applied has done little to help maintain the integrity of the driveway. Spoke with Noah and scheduled a time to meet. He never showed and has not called. I sent him photos of the driveway. I have yet to get a response."
