"Greg Rentschler and team were great. He came out quickly to quote our job. The work Timberseal did was fantastic. They power washed all our exterior decks and siding on our house. Then they stained and sealed all our decks and dock. Finished product is wonderful. Only minor complaint was that the work was quoted to be done in mid September (on August 2nd) and the work was not completed until the last week of October. BUT, it was done in an area of Indiana where its impossible to find contractors to do work let alone good quality work. Thanks Timberseal!"

"they came and walked the yard with me and measured. then I was given a written quote and decided that even though they were slightly more money than the other companies I had spoken with to go with them, they were the only company willing to put the gates in the way I wanted them done. They came on a Thursday and set all the posts and explained because the ground was so wet that they would not complete the fence until Monday so the concrete had time to set. They even put a temp fence up for my dogs. I left for work on Monday morning and came back to the fence completed and the area cleaned. <br />"

"October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"

"Complete tear off of old roof and gutters on home. Replaced with new roof and 6" gutters and downspouts. Reworked gutters that were attached wonky and better placement of some downspouts.   Also replaced old gutters on detached garage and used 6" gutters to replace.   Eric was the most professional contractor we have worked with. He was very timely in responding to all our emails.  The crew was pleasant and very efficient. They were all mindful of plantings around the home, and Eric said if there were any plants damaged and didn't come back, he would replace them. (We don't think this will be the case!) We have other jobs to get done in the future and would definitely call Eric for a bid and would use him again! Thanks, Eric!            Oh Eric!! Sorry we forgot to submit this review (We thought the other one did it!) It does give me a chance to update and let you know that we have had downpours, snow, ice and heavy winds without any incident!  The larger gutters handled the runoff from our high pitched roof perfectly and they are easier to clean. "It went great. Carlos was able to come give me an estimate the same day I called; they were able to do the work one week later. The crew of five arrived mid-afternoon on a very hot July day and was finished in about 4 hours. I was not home when they arrived, but got there about 2 hours later. Most of the work was finished by then, except for trimming the crab tree and doing the driveway work. The newly edged flower beds looked wonderful with fresh mulch. An ivory halo dogwood shrub was planted in place of the Rose of Sharon and a few additional coral bells were planted to supplement some I already had. It was a lot of hard work, especially hauling away all the branches trimmed from the two large bushes and the crab tree, but they did a beautiful job and cleaned up the yard afterward. Carlos was able to re-use the original railroad ties and had them realigned and spiked in place in much less time than I thought the job would take. They also sprayed the weeds in the gravel driveway. The yard looks much nicer now."
