GGA was able so secure additional indemnification from our insurer to cover damage their adjuster had missed. "The two men that did the job were very good, very friendly, professional, and they did a great job installing the gutters, downspouts, leaf guards and the trim boards. I had approx 105 linear feet of gutters.
The deal on the list said, "Installation of 100 feet of Gutters & Downspouts for $845.00". The leaf guards and the trim board work were all extra and I was told how much that would cost, and I had no problem with that. What I didn't find out until after the work was all done was that the downspouts were not included in the $845.00 deal price. Apparently the only downspouts that were included in the price are the corner pieces on the gutter that are approx 6" long where the long pieces of the downspouts attach to. This is why my total installation price was $2400.00. 
Would I still of had the work done if I was told that the price did not include the downspouts? Probably yes. The house needed them replaced and I did want the leaf guards too. I just wish that they would have been more upfront about saying that the price did not include the downspouts. Again, the installers did a great job and we are very pleased with the work.
