"Cooper Mulliss came out to look at the job. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and not all pushy. He really gave me a ballpark estimate. I needed him to send me a written estimate. I told him twice. Once he was leaving I never received an estimate. They were persistent about wanting to start the job and I keep telling that I needed the written contract. I had multiple calls email and text with Copper and people in their office but I never received a written estimate. One guy said in the voicemail that he knew Copper gave me a verbal estimate so when could they get to go ahead? Plainly ignoring my request for a standard written contract. Would you commit a contractor for thousands of dollars worth without contract?. Obviously these people have no customer service skills nor do I think they really even give a damn. Highly unprofessional and just plain rude."

Numerous calls were placed to your office in the early months. You guys sure knew mike then. You guys were able to get ahold of him a few times I couldn't. All of this has been recorded, pictures saved, and the old "oh we don't know that employee" does not work when I have called your office for him and your secretaries get ahold of him for us. Months later you switched to suddenly not knowing a person using a listed DBA you have given business cards to? Same address? It'll get sorted in court unless money is returned."
