"Light fixture fell apart the next day and sparked. Turned off the fuse box switch. Called ERI immediately. Could not return back due to another job. Were scheduled to come back in two weeks after another commercial job at beginning of December. Called back and left several messages to determine status of return visit after the beginning of December date was missed. Nothing. The contractor is a good guy but the Security issue with the back porch light out made me extremely nervous every night and I quickly sought out another contractor to fix the work after the beginning of December date was missed.
