I called this company after calling other companies that I called or left messages with and never heard back from them. He was very responsive to phone calls and text messages. I booked with him to clean my gutters the next day. He sent me a text letting me know that he was on the way and when he arrived he asked if I had any problem areas that I wanted him to focus on. "Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."
