"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need help with my roof."

"We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called Landmark construction energy upgrade because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. Landmark construction energy upgrade are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us."

"I was happy with my experience with this firm. In early December, Juan with Sustainable Living Builders responded to an Angie's List request I had made late on a Friday night for emergency roof repair for a leak at my chimney. He contacted me the next morning and the leak was repaired later that day. The repair, which had been unsuccessfully attempted by another roofer earlier in the week, has been through several significant rainstorms and hasn't leaked since. The members of the crew who fixed the leak were courteous and confident. Although the pricing wasn't clear to me ahead of time (and I didn't know until I was billed several weeks later), the final cost was within the ballpark Juan and I had initially discussed on the phone, which I considered to be reasonable. (I would have preferred having a breakdown of the costs in the bill, but that's obviously less important than the success of the repair.) Lastly, they offer a 5 year warranty, which I fortunately haven't had to use but nonetheless consider important. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this firm."

"We have a 4,300 square-foot roof. They arrived promptly on a Monday morning. All old roof materials were removed by Tuesday afternoon. Necessary repairs were made and the entire roofing process was completed by Thursday afternoon. All scrap and extra materials were removed daily and trailers and materials stored neatly and out of the way each evening. Workers arrived promptly each. morning at 7:30 and the property was clean and materials stored by 4:00 each afternoon. The owner, Mike Oughton, came by twice before the job began. Once to give us the estimate and recommend the best roofing materials based upon our situation and location and a second time so we could pick the roof color and set the project dates. Mike is professional, knowledgable and his employees were great to work with. Mike was here every day working and to oversee the progress. The roof was finished on a Thursday and Friday/Saturday we got 3.5 inches of rain. We are warm, dry and very pleased! <br />"
