The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. This created a scenario that meant my project would be scrutinized and managed to the nth degree. Rodrigo was amazing. He knew what was happening and understood town politics. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times. He had to step over some land mines but he and his team designed and built a patio that met my needs and also the town?s requirements. I inherited my neighbors leaves, had several hostas that needed cleaning up, over grown perennials and 2 difficult areas I wasn't able to do. Had to leave for a few hours, when I got back I was amazed how great the yard looked. Didn't fine 1 leaf on the ground, the price was very reasonable compared what I paid the last 2 times. Also new beautiful sidewalks redone with brick. Wesley was fantastic to work with. He has great vision for what the end result of the project will look like.
