"Excellent.  Unit not cooling well.  Paid another company $108 for tune up.  They said they could not check one of the units due to broken connection valve and told me the unit would need to be replaced.  Called Henson and Cody was out before 9am the next morning.  Cody was easily able to check the freon level and add freon.  In addition he recommended coils be cleaned which he preformed.  Cody was very thorough and kept me informed through the entire process.  Unit cools like new now.  This is my first time using Henson and will definitely use them again.  Have told all my friends about the great experience with Henson and the dishonest experience with the other company.  Thanks Cody and Henson!
