"Creig arrived right on time. His schedule was flexible and he came on a Saturday which was good for us. He talked with us about the general condition of the garage door and springs. He was knowledgeable about the springs and said ours were fine and did not need to be replaced, even though we thought there was something wrong with them. So he didn't oversell services. I appreciate that. He installed the opener very quickly and told us we had made a good choice. We've been using the opener for 3 weeks now and it works perfectly.
