"I called in May and we never heard back. I called in August and they said a service person would call. I called back 3 days later and after 3 or 4 calls they told me the 'arm' was broken and they would get back to me. Later they called and said the arms (both) needed replacing at $3200 or $2700 cash. I asked if a service person could call me. The owner called and was so hostile I ended up hanging up on him. What the heck - find another awning company. We had trouble during the initial installation and had the entire unit in for service 3 years ago."
