"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. "Ben arrived on time and worked nonstop on replacing the flashing for my chimney. He informed me of work to be done and showed me photos of the before and after job. He also sealed the edge of the tiles and re-nailed a few loose tiles. He did a professional job at a reasonable price. It was a freezing, windy day, but he never stopped working. After starting the job he found additional steps needed to be taken and was fair in pricing out the cost of that work. That approach allowed a certain level of comfort in trusting what he said; however he still took the time to point out the reasons for the adjustment to the work order. "After learning that the leak in my kitchen ceiling was not a plumbing issue but rather the small roof over the window, I contacted RJM Best Roofing Inc. Marcello arrived to my property and climbed his ladder to inspect the roof. A quote was provided and a date for repairs was set. Although I had made other appointments with other companies for viewing, I felt comfortable with RJM and decided to stick with them. Marcello and his assistant arrived two days later and began prepping the interior of the house by laying down tarp for protection. They began to work at a steady pace without any breaks in the cold morning air, removing the old shingles and other materials from the roof. When the work was done, they both cleaned up after themselves with little to no evidence of debris. Marcello explained to me what the previous contractors failed to do and what he needed to do to eliminate the reoccurrence. I am very happy with their professionalism, work ethics and the results."
