"Trimming was fine. Two trees were removed and I was told the stumps were removed also. Landscapers just tried to plant a new tree where one of the old ones was and guess what? The stump and roots were never removed! I am very upset! I can’t even level off the area and plant grass because the stump is higher than the lawn. I will not hire them again."

"Malcom runs the company and he is very professional and easy to deal with. It took a few weeks from our initial contact to schedule the day of the removal but once the work began things went very smoothly. Malcom and his team showed up at 8am and they were done by 2pm. They did excellent work, the trees were removed quickly, the stumps were grinded down and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves as there was very little debris left in my yard. Overall, I was very satisfied and I would certainly use Northern Essex Tree Service again."

Mr B's was only one of two roofing contractors that I called that would even do a repair, and Mr B's was the more prompt and better estimate. While very busy, he was able to fit me in sooner than originally estimated, and did a great job. I'm very happy and will call them again when more work is needed."

"I had a Groupon for 1000 sq. ft. of driveway sealing.  I have about 2000 sq. ft.  I bought the Groupon and called, and I was told it would be another $170, so I wanted to set the appointment.  It actually took a year to get done, as he had too many Groupon customers and was giving scheduling preference to his existing client base.  Once we had the appointment, they arrived on time, could not have been more pleasant, did a great job, and left the area spotless.

We had a tree that was growing up from underneath the house and they got rid of that. We also had a hole in the side of the house so they closed it up and added some siding. My dad did not like them although they were great as far as being able to work with our time table because the work was done in Maine and we live in Connecticut. We like to be there when the work is being done so they were able to pull people from some other sites to help us out to be able to do the work while we were there. So we really appreciated that. We have a hard time finding contractors that are willing to do that. We would hire them again depending on the type of work. They did not do crazy detailed work but there were some things that I would say they could have done a little better. I think their price was reasonable. We had some issues with responsiveness, but it was probably because they like to do things over texting or email. My husband and I are more phone people so we did not always get calls back right away.
