"We dealt with Jim at Regal Bath & Kitchen in remodeling our master bath. The tub was removed and a walk-in shower was designed. Granite was used on the shower benches and around the vanity sinks. The sink faucets were wall mounted. The couple who did the tile work were perfectionists and tiled a medallion in the entry to the shower. The kitchen back splash was tiled also. Jim had every detail under control and the remodel went very smooth. It was a pleasure dealing & working with Jim, a real professional, and we highly recommend Regal."

"I got several quotes to lay porcelain wood look tile throughout my home and I went with specialized because their prices are great and Rolando and crew are hands down great guys. We had 1K sf of existing tile to demo and 1400sf of 6x36 porcelain planks to lay down. Their crew is super detailed, friendly, and clean up after themselves every night. They definitely have pride in their work and it shows in the details. The job took a little longer than expected because the floor was a bit uneven but they didn't compromise on quality. I've been raving about them to anyone who will listen and have so many compliments on my floors. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing floors done!

"We chose 2nd Generation Flooring based on reviews which is why I think it's so important for me to provide this one. I also think it's very important to note that the "negative" reviews are from people who have never actually worked with 2nd Generation Tile ... AND that the owner, Mike, responded to each of them which speaks to his professionalism and work ethic. We purchased a 2200sf home knowing that we would tear out every square inch of the existing tile, laminate, carpet and tiny baseboards. Mike was extremely responsive, patient and personable throughout the quoting process. Knowing that we wanted to get into the house as soon as possible, Mike had Ted start the work almost immediately after we received the keys. As a one-man crew, the project took 4 weeks which is exactly what they estimated. After the flooring was completed, we also added a kitchen backsplash to the scope of work. Throughout the process, Mike and Ted communicated well with us, provided their professional opinion when it came to grout color and finish pieces, picked up the tile we ordered (saving us the cost of shipping) and were flexible with our other contractor's (painters) scheduling."

I couldn’t be happier with my new door. He also fixed the door on the side of the house and didn’t even tell me. Said it was part of the prepping process. I’m going to put in new kitchen countertops next, and you can believe me, I will be calling Danny."
