"I highly recommend Advanced Pavers and Landscape for your next project. You can see from my photos that my project turned out spectacular. I liked how the company sends a designer to talk to me about the scope of work and reviews the plan if I have one or if you don’t have a plan, helps me figure out what you need for the backyard. In my case, the designer, Lacy came over and she helped me finalize the finish of my plan. She gave a price quote and I reduced my scope of work to fit in my budget which Lacy helped me to prioritize. A lot of contractors underestimate the price and ended up charging the customer and some even intentionally leave some items out of the initial quote and charge extra. I expected that and set aside an additional 10% of the budget but Lacy’s quote was honest that was exactly what I paid in the end with no surprise. My project manager was Caleb and the paver crew was Valdo’s team. On the first day of the groundbreaking, they set up a porta-potty and PG&E staff came out to mark gas lines. Very professional, the screw marked the construction area for neighbors to watch out for. Valdo’s team has been installing pavers for 25+ years and they were so good. Everything was graded 1% for drainage and the groundbreaking to completion took only 7 business days. They weren’t rushing, they were very focused. No loud music or joking around, the team was very focused to get work done right. I really like how Valdo’s team was asking a lot of questions on the plan because that shows they read plans also the project manager Caleb came by every day to check on the status and quality of work. During construction, I got feedback on the plan from Caleb and Valdo; and some changes occurred but my final price was the same as the initial price quote. Every staff was happy working for the company and they delivered a very detailed finish. I love the result and I am looking forward to creating memories with my family in my new backyard."

"My extensive project entailed new sod, irrigation, plantings and rock in the front yard. In the back yard, demo of a small patio, and pouring of a huge decorative concrete surface, plus new sod and irrigation. I plan to hire Alex next year to revamp the flower beds in the back as that piece had to wait. Alex and his team were absolutely outstanding. Attention to detail, such as the drainage system, and overall expertise resulted in a complete transformation. Pricing was competitive. Alex was very pleasant to work with. "So I must start this review by saying when my husband first wanted Pavers I didnâ t get it. It seemed more expensive than concrete and I didnâ t understand the difference. Once I walked out on my new patio I TOTALLY GOT IT! The patio is beautiful with such character and quality. IT feels totally solid but I know it will last forever. Not only did I love the outcome but the process was truly impressive. While we had a few changes and adjustments along the way I got to see what service really meant from our team. Our Designer Craig, our project manager Mark and our install team lead by Baldo all made it possible. Initially we had a confusion with the design and they stepped up and just fixed everything. We had an issue with the date and had to push it and they couldnâ t be more accommodating. We finally got to the actual install and im sure these poor guys thought they were in the clearâ ¦.but not quite. They started to pull the stones into the back yard and had to stop Baldo and say it wasnâ t the color I wanted. Without a secondâ s hesitation he had the whole crew stopped and the Mark on the phone to make sure my back yard was exactly what I wanted. They pushed double time and had it all switched in a matter of days. Its service like that that gives me no hesitation to recommend them. "I hired U.S. Landscaping & Concrete to demo and repour a section of my driveway. They also patched, leveled and sealed another large section. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Juan, the owner, was responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful throughout the process.
