"I cannot say enough about Fernando and SAFE-FER landscaping! My wife and I are in Euclid-St Paul in St Pete, and on a referral we started with some basic irrigation. We ended up doing 3 projects with Fernando, and he is the best contractor I've ever worked with--not just in Florida, but anywhere!
