"Jim carefully measured, assessed and costed out the project. He gave us two options so we could make a decision based on our budget and our strategy. He spent a long time here and was very diligent in ensuring he got it all. It all wilted within a week or two and died within a few weeks. He gave me pointers on how to address it in the future. One year later and we could not see any regrowth of poison ivy which is remarkable because we were infested with it prior to the treatment. We have been able to keep up with the occasional sprout so far. I recommend recommend Jim Byler very very much. "We had Larry from Professional come out to review the work that needed to be done and provide a quote. The quote was higher than any other that we had received, but we were confident in the quality of work that Larry's team would be able to provide, after all, you get what you pay for. What gave us this confidence? The several positive reviews from past customers, the 'A' rating and the knowledge and professionalism that Larry displayed while on site pricing out the job. Larry didn't just walk the property and give us a quote as the other competitors did. He took his time to walk the property with us and explain what he was going to do and why it was important it needed to get done. He went over several options with us and we chose the plan that worked best for us and our lawn. Larry reviewed our lawn on a Saturday and was able to expedite our project and get his crew onsite and working the following Tuesday (that Monday was a holiday). The job only took two days and the old lawn was removed, cleaned, loamed and re-seeded. They trimmed the hedges and shrubs, mulched the shrub/flower beds and tree rings, edged the mulch beds and tree rings and top dressed the other side of our lawn with new seed and loam to fill in the bare spots. Two weeks later I am writing this review. Our new lawn is coming in nicely and our mulch beds look fantastic. There were heavy rains the day that the seed was spread which could have washed some of the seed away, but the crew foreman, Riley (Larry's son), assured us that if the lawn came in spotty, they would come back to spread more. You will see the before and after photos of the condition that the lawn was in before, a couple shots of the lawn a week and a half after the work was done and a couple from today (2 weeks later). I would highly recommend Professional Tree & Landscape to anyone who asked."
