"The staging was delayed by a week. Once the house was staged, it was very clear the quality did not meet the level needed for a luxury listing. Beds looked like boxes, bedding was thin, furniture subpar, bedrooms were sparce and almost no decor. Just sad. We asked for the designer to take another stab at it. Some extra furniture was added, a few plastic plants that looked twigs and some extra decor. It was staged like a condo, not a luxury home. We respectfully asked the firm to destage. They asked for a third attempt upon which we said we didn't think they could stage a luxury listing. We asked to part ways. The destaging process was long, causing additional delays. Eventhough the team was ready to have a third attempt at staging, somehow the truck became unavailable for destaging until the week after, then the backhalf of the week, then Friday, and then Friday morning and then just a 30min heads up when we live 60min away. After destaging we had massive nails in walls + $7,500 bill "
