They worked diligently and carefully, and everything looked great and worked perfectly when they were done. They cleaned up almost everything afterward, but left a lot of dust and some trash behind. "tech came out did everything he could had to order puts this was Jan 4th, scheduled a follow up for the 19th to allow parts to come in. Here it is the 18th have only received one part other is on back order did not receive call from Sears home repair who was hired through Choice Home Warranty. So was trying to find out if they were coming tomorrow or not . So I am assuming not since one part has not arrived which is a pain for me since I really needed to wash!! Not sure when it will be repaired now. I am calling Sears in the morning to see if I can get some answers."
