"My new roof was completed on Monday, June 19. Not only was Estate Exteriors the best estimate of choice, but their work was exceptional! My neighbor commented on how precise they were in measuring and replacing a few wood roof panels as needed. They were extremely careful with clean-up. I have a dog, so am happy there were NO nails found in my yard, and all bits of roofing materials were picked up. It was a pleasure working with Eugene. I found him to be very honest and appreciated his advise. I HIGHLY recommend Estate Exteriors Inc. to anyone considering repairing or replacing their roof. Jan M. Naperville"

"Sometimes things don't go well...and when that happens, it's how a company responds that determines the whether to recommend them or not. A tree limb fell and tore a piece of gutter. Sam gave me a reasonable estimate for repair. I work nights and can have work done on Fridays only due to sleeping days. Sam worked with my schedule and sent a worker. When I saw the repair, I was NOT happy. My gutters are oversized and Sam's worker did the repair using a smaller gutter, which looked terrible. I called Sam and sent him pictures of the gutter. Look, things go wrong sometimes with every company you hire. When that happens, it's how the company responds that makes the difference between a company I'd hire again and one I'd warn friends away from. Sam sent a worker out on a Friday to accommodate my schedule. The repair was made with the proper-sized gutter, and Sam stood by his estimate although this project would not be a money-maker for him. I recommend Last Stop Roofing Company and if I need roof or gutter repair, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"I was very satisfied with the explanation and the price for the repairs very pleasant and I was also kept informed on the repairs and was also shown pictures of the finished work I would definitely recommend Aurora Roofing"

"Called them out to install some skylights for us. The gentleman who came out was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. He actually seemed to really like and care about his job. You don't see that much anymore. After talking to him in-depth he also mentioned they had a solution for keeping leaves and debris out of our gutters. We had him give an estimate on both. The quote came in lower than our fears were, specifically for the skylight install. They were backlogged and had to reschedule to do COVID but they were worth waiting slightly longer for. The gentleman who came out to do the job were very friendly, professional and did an awesome job. They ran into issues as we were expecting with our steel roof, but they figured out a plan B and got the job done. Super, super impressed and thankful we called the right company to handle this work. We will most definitely use them again!"
